Our work is grounded in real leadership experience—building teams, navigating uncertainty, and making decisions with high stakes. Today, I support leaders and organisations facing similar challenges.
Before founding Capella Consulting B.V., I spent years leading teams and communities in fast-changing, high-end construction environments, including the aviation and pharma industries, and, more specifically, emerging digital and decentralised ecosystems.
Those experiences taught me that leadership is rarely about knowing more; it is about thinking clearly under pressure, communicating honestly, and taking responsibility for decisions.
I now work with executives, managers, and leadership teams who carry similar responsibilities.
Many leaders operate without a neutral sounding board. My role is to provide that space: structured reflection, challenge, and clarity, so that decisions are thoughtful and leadership is consistent and effective.
